- SuccessLove the milk chocolate covered shortbread cookies and have been eating them for many years, but I had never shipped them to my home address before. So I gave it a try, and to my delight their shipping is just as good as their cookies! They arrived quickly unbroken and unmelted. I have an odd address, so I was contacted both by email and phone to clarify. They really care. Mahalo Big Island Candies!

- Amazing customer serviceI don’t usually write reviews, but after the amazing customer service I received, I felt like it was needed. Their products are absolutely amazing no matter what you choose. My father in law in particular is a HUGE fan of their milk chocolate dipped short bread cookies so I decided to order him some for Fathers Day. Soon after I placed an order, their Customer Service Department contacted me to let me know that if I still wanted to go ahead and make the purchase with the risk of the chocolate melting (my FIL lives in Vegas and it’s around 100 degrees around this time) or if I’d like to replace it with a different gift instead. I decided to risk it, but they took such care in packing the product along with ice packs that it made it to Vegas perfectly without melting! Idk about you, but any company that takes the time to message you to make sure they deliver you quality products is an outstanding 5 star company in my book. Mahalo, Big Island Candies!
