What are your shipping rates?

When shipping to multiple addresses, shipping is charged per address:

Am I able to track my package online?

If you provided us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation that contains the tracking number as well as delivery information. If you do not have an email, please call our toll free number 1.800.935.5510 and we would be happy to provide you with the tracking information after the scheduled ship date of the order. 

Will I receive a confirmation once my order is shipped?

If you provide us with your email address, a confirmation will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Do you have any other locations?

While our retail locations are exclusive to Hilo, Hawaii, and on the island of Oahu at Ala Moana Center, Street level 1, Center Court near Centerstage, we are able to ship most of our products all over the United States, as well as to Canada, Japan or another international destination (please call our customer-service department for a shipping quote).

How long will it take to get my package?

Your order will be sent promptly based on when it was received and the next available ship date, generally within three to five (3 - 5) business days. During the Holiday Season we reserve the right to select the next available ship dates. Addresses within the State of Hawaii are usually delivered in 1 - 2 business days once shipped. Orders to the Continental U.S. are usually delivered in 2 - 3 business days once shipped. Orders are normally shipped via air courier service. Please note: Carrier/shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions.

Am I able to ship to a P.O. Box or to an APO/FPO/DPO address?

We do ship to P. O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, however, we cannot guarantee the amount of time that it will take to have the parcel delivered or the condition of the product once it’s received.

Do you ship internationally? How much is the delivery cost?

We ship to all 50 states, Canada and Japan. For an estimate regarding the shipping cost to Canada, Japan or another country, please call our customer-service department.

Are we able to ship to our hotel during our stay?

Provide us with ample time, as well as the name and address of your hotel, the dates of your stay, the name under which your reservation is listed, and we can send the order to your hotel.

How long will your products last?

In general, most of our products have a 6- to 8-week shelf life. We do not use preservatives, so for optimum quality, consumption within 2 weeks of purchase is highly recommended. 

How should I store my products?

Products should be kept in a cool, dry environment.

What kind of sweetener do you use in your sugar-free items?

We use Maltitol (sugar alcohol) but it does not contain any alcohol. Its chemical structure resembles sugar and partly resembles alcohol. Like some high fiber foods, maltitol may cause gas or a laxative effect depending on an individual's sensitivity. Maltitol contains zero net carbs, and does not cause significant increases in blood sugar or insulin, so it is useful for diabetics and others who want to control their blood sugar levels. 

Do you have any products that do not contain nuts?

We do have a shortbread and a brownie that do not contain nuts. Additionally, our Chocolate Covered Coconut Brownies, Chocolate Covered Mint Brownies, Milk Chocolate Caramel Brownie with Hawaiian Sea Salt, plus our Mints, the Mika Line of Chocolates, Truffles, Solid Milk and Dark Chocolates, Bien Vivente (Ginger), Bite Size Kona Coffee Cookies, and the following shortbread cookies do not contain nuts: Kona Mocha, Pineapple, Coconut, Lemon and Coffee. As you shop, we have a filter under each category entitled, “No Nuts,” which will be helpful to you as well. However, please be aware that these products are processed in a plant that handles peanut and tree nut products.
