SOMETHING TO CHEW ON!

The first “food for thought” topic to ponder: our Chocolate Mochi Brownie. Although this Mochi Brownie does not have the same shape or texture as traditional Mochi, our product does have a chewy texture and a deliciously distinctive flavor.

 

Presented in our Bento-style tray, the decadent experience starts with you determining the desired size of the brownie slices. (We’re here on the Big Island of Hawaii, so we say, go big!) What’s more, if you slice a piece from alongside one of the tray’s edges, or you get a coveted corner piece, there’s an extra-chewy texture, making your mochi-brownie moment even more enjoyable. And to enhance the decadence, briefly microwave/warm up a piece, then add some of your favorite ice cream.
