One of the things Big Island Candies is renowned for is the original diagonally dipped shortbread, with the Milk Chocolate Dipped Macadamia Nut Shortbread being one of our most popular flavors for almost 40 years! Another aspect that people have come to associate with Big Island Candies is variety. We love creating, then offering different options to our customers, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Our line of shortbread cookies features an array of macadamia-nut selections, including something new and different that we recently launched, something that allows you to enjoy the beautiful balance of chocolate and cookie in every bite! We’ve taken our classic Macadamia Nut Shortbread and added a layer of our chocolate along the bottom of the cookie.
