Picked up a box of these on Tuesday and two of us ate half the box Wednesday and the other half Thursday. This is perfect if you are looking for something with a light sweetness to it. This is a soft shortbread, not crisp like their signature cookies at all. What a great combination of flavours! Next to try the chocolate ones...
