Just perfect!
This is definitely my favorite cookie! A store visit was on our Big Island bus tour itinerary and I bought these and the chocolate dipped shortbreads. So glad they now have a store in Honolulu. Now I can load up on these treats when I go back to Oahu!

I bought the pineapple manju while on our trip to the Big Island at Big Island Candies. It is the best cookie I've ever tasted!! Wonderful store to visit if you have a chance and you are in Hilo.
