    These chocolate caramel dipped shortbread cookies are our family favorite!!! It is the perfect blend of chocolate, chewy caramel, and the crunchy nutty macadamia shortbread…. Whenever we visit the store in Oahu, we fill our luggage with these! We also LOVE the dark chocolate version, but it seems to have been discontinued… please bring them back!
