In our continuing effort to protect our customers and our staff we are requiring our customers to adhere to the following guidelines while shopping at Big Island Candies In Hilo. (Our store at Ala Moana Center remains temporarily closed at this time): 

New Hilo Store Hours: Tuesday – Sunday 9am to 4pm (Closed on Mondays)

Special Shopping Hours for high risk population: Thursday and Sunday 9am to 10am

We ask for your cooperation with the following:

 

We are currently a cashless environment.  All purchases must be made using a credit or debit card. 

We are able to assist you curbside so that you need not enter the store.  Please let us know if that is what you prefer to do.

Everyone entering the store 5 years old and up must wear a face mask.

The markings on the sidewalk provide a space of six feet apart from each other.  Please practice social distancing while waiting to enter our store. 

Please do not bring in any bags to place your purchases in.  We will provide the bag for you.

We ask that you shop with no more than two people in your party.

Once inside of our store, please adhere to the route that you are assigned to.  All routes have a one way direction flow and feature all available products. There is no need to venture off course.

You will be assisted by a personal shopper who will guide you through the entire process.

Please purchase the items that you need.  We have amended our return policy to all sales final unless there is a quality issue with the product.

Our bathrooms are unavailable at this time.
