A dear friend brought the lemon shortbread cookies home from Hawaii & shared some with us. As an avid baker, I've eaten many lemon cookies, bars, etc. in my lifetime, & these cookies were the best I've ever tasted! Thank you for providing an exquisite treat to all of us! I live in Minnesota, & have not been able to travel to Hawaii. When I do, your factory is at the top of my list of places I want to visit!
